Cancellations must be done online or through text within a 48-72 hour notice. An invoice will be sent for 50% of your service to be paid if you no show to your appointment or cancel less than 24-48 hours. The invoice has to be paid before another appointment is booked.

Being 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in a cancellation and 50% of your service to be paid through an email invoice.
